Our automatic vertical case erector is a high-efficiency end-of-line packaging device, widely applicable to food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics and various industrial manufacturing packaging lines. Adopting a vertical storage and servo suction unpacking principle different from traditional horizontal models, the machine stores stacked cartons vertically in the material bin. The precision servo suction mechanism automatically picks up single cartons, and completes a series of continuous automatic processes including carton unfolding, shaping, bottom flap folding and tape sealing. It realizes fully unattended automatic carton forming, completely replacing manual carton unpacking and sorting work.
