Automatic Pick and Place Case Packer for Carton Packaging

Pick & Place case packer is an automatic case packing equipment that smoothly grabs products and places them into cartons in an orderly manner through a manipulator or suction cup gripping device. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into a complete production line, suitable for packing various regular and semi-regular products with stable operation and neat packing.
Equipped with servo drive and pneumatic gripping mechanism, the machine can be equipped with suction cup grippers, clamp grippers or multi-group combined grippers according to product shapes, realizing simultaneous grabbing and packing of single or multiple cases at one time. The whole process includes product feeding, positioning and grabbing, carton positioning, accurate case loading and finished product output, which is fully automated without manual intervention.
Featuring stable operation, product-friendly grabbing, neat arrangement and quick format changeover, it is compatible with various packaging forms such as bottles, boxes, bags and cups. It is widely used in food, beverage, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, hardware and other industries and can be linked with case erectors, case sealers and palletizers to form a complete automatic packaging production line.
