(2) Automatic unloading device
At present, after a pallet completes the unloading process, a pallet will be automatically input, enter the unloading area, and push the glass bottles of each layer together with the edge cover plate into the unloading temporary storage platform in the order of top to bottom. At this time, the robot arm will automatically move to take away the edge cover plate (the phenomenon of bottling may occur, and the on-site manual rectification shall be performed, and personnel shall be involved in the completion).
When the automatic unloading plate of the first layer is completed and the bottle is manually arranged, the whole layer of bottles is automatically input into the multi-row line and enter the next process.
According to the first two steps, complete the unloading in turn until the bottom unloading is completed.
(3) Pallet output device
When the products on the pallet are automatically unloaded to the lowest layer, the pallet is automatically output and the pallet collection device is carried out.
